Use of SoulNumber
SoulNumber is a numerology experience for personal reflection, entertainment, and curiosity. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful personal purposes.

SoulNumber provides personalized, AI-assisted numerology content for entertainment, reflection, and curiosity. Numerology is interpretive, not scientific prediction. SoulNumber does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, employment, relationship, or other professional advice and does not guarantee any outcome.
Accounts and payments
Paid readings are personalized digital products; no physical item is shipped. The product, total price, and currency shown at checkout control. Current readings are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription. Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout under that provider's terms and privacy notice. SoulNumber does not collect your full card number or security code.
Delivery and corrections
Preparation begins after payment is verified. The reading is delivered through a private results page and the link is emailed to the address supplied at checkout. Check names, birth dates, email, and selected focus before paying. If a reading is not available within two business days, contact support with the receipt or order reference so we can reprocess the order or provide an appropriate remedy.
Refund policy
You may cancel checkout before payment is captured without charge. Because generation of personalized digital content begins after verified payment, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available once generation begins, except where required by law. We will review duplicate charges, non-delivery within the stated delivery period, and reports that are inaccessible or materially defective because of a service fault. Email hello@trysoulnumber.com promptly with the receipt or order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; provider and bank processing times vary. A refund, reversal, or dispute may disable access to the related reading. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Private links
Paid readings and related order records are stored server-side and accessed through private links. A private link functions like an access key, and anyone who obtains it may be able to view the reading. Keep it confidential and contact support if you believe it was exposed.
Other people's information
You may submit another person's name or birth date only when you are legally permitted and have their permission. Do not use SoulNumber to harass, profile, or make important decisions for another person.
Acceptable use
You may view and save a purchased reading for personal use. You may not resell, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, automate abuse of, interfere with the security of, or use SoulNumber unlawfully, and you may not make fraudulent payment claims.
Changes
SoulNumber may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
